There are two wedge-shaped rooms in the angle of the corridor on the third floor, both of which are fitted out as lavatories. It is convenient to have two 'conveniences'; however, it would be rather more convenient if at least one of them were nearer the bedrooms, and if the floor did not get quite so cold at night! There is a certain art to climbing out of bed and progressing up and down six flights of spiral staircase while contriving to remain in a somnambulant condition...
However, at least the bathroom is immediately downstairs.
